Should you own your present home, we do advise that you choose and order your park home BEFORE selling, and have a special scheme to allow you to do so.
After all, most folk buying a park home need time to raise the cash - a house to sell, money in a building society etc. We know and cater for this.

Prices:
Prices quoted are for the home ready to move into, fully inclusive of the following items:
Park Home & Furnishings (new homes as ex-works, used homes as seen); Central Heating; Delivery; Hard Standing; Skirting; Siting. Connections to:- Electricity, Drainage, Water, Gas (if appropriate). Even a garden shed is provided by our company on free loan.

Rights & Outgoings:
All homes are offered for sale with an Agreement written under The Mobile Homes Act 1983, giving Security of Occupancy. Written into this Agreement is the current Pitch Fee and this fee is reviewed annually on 31st. December. The main (although not the only) source of reference for the review is the Retail Price Index - i.e. by and large, fees keep pace with the rate of inflation.
